Staff is very friendly but the work I had done did not turn out well. More issues after the dental work than before, including pain and discomfort that I didn't have at all before the procedures.

The best experience at the dentist I’ve had. I’m someone who gets a bit anxious, and every person in the office today made the experience easier — from the receptionist who made sure my new insurance was all set to the doctor who took extra care to be gentle near sensitive spots during my cleaning. I’ve never had such a careful and thorough visit — my teeth feel brand new. The conversation was easy throughout and I even learned a thing or two. My hygienist made me feel as if he had all the time in the world to do the perfect deep clean, while still making sure I didn’t lose too much of my workday. 10/10 recommend this place! Very clean, very efficient, and very empathetic.

I’ve been going to this location since October 2019 and honestly, I haven’t had any bad experiences. They are very prompt and honest about what dental work is recommended and necessary to continue with good dental health. I was over an hour late to my appointment today but I’m thankful that they still allowed me to come because parking downtown is a mess. The front desk, dentist and assistant were very kind, which is a plus for me because customer service goes a long way and customer satisfaction will keep one coming back to get all routine checkups at Dentex. Anyways, thank you for taking care of my dental needs. See y’all soon!!

I would just like to say that my experience was wonderful at Dentex Dental at Liberty Place. I called in with pain, and they scheduled an appointment within two days. When I came in, the staff was very friendly and in no time, the dentist took me in for the procedure. I had a root canal done with filling, and the entire procedure went smooth and was painless. The procedure was done within one hour and fifteen minutes. The dentist was very caring and knew what he was doing. So far I am very happy with the job that was done. I am definitely going back for my next treatment. I highly recommend this place!

New patient here. I came in for my initial exam and teeth cleaning, and was back out relatively quickly which was nice. My dentist was very knowledgeable and described the whole exam experience, also with him was a student: really good and reassuring to see dental students learning here! The person who took my x-rays was very nice and personable and gave good instructions. Coming back for some dental work in a few weeks.
